              All Payments to be made by Demand Draft in favor of “IOACON 2010” Payable at Jaipur.

              Please Note:-

              PG Students should enclose a certificate from the Head of Department

              All children above 10 years of age have to register as accompanying delegate

              Accompanying delegate and children will not be allowed in the Scientific Sessions.

              This original “Acknowledgment Letter / Receipt” must be presented at registration counter at the Conference venue to receive               Registration Kit.

              The Secretariat does not accept the liability for forms lost in transit

             Cancellation & refund

             Refund of registration fee will be made only against a written request submitted to the Conference Secretariat.

             Cancellation is permitted up to 31st October, 2010 after which no refund request would be entertained.

             25% of the registration fee would be deducted as processing charges.
